Engagements can be added and viewed on a Project.
To help keep all the associated Engagements visible on a Project, we have made it simple to view Engagements on a Project. Existing Engagements can also be added directly onto a Project.

Where
Home > Projects > Click into a Project > click Placements tab to view current Engagements or click Add Existing Engagements to add an existing record.
How
Any Placements that are created from a Vacancy that is already linked to the Project will automatically be added to the Placements tab, under the Engagements sub-grid. To view these on a Project, begin with going to the Projects menu from the site map and selecting the correct Project:

Adding Existing Engagements
To add an existing engagement the existing engagement must be linked to the same Client associated with the Project.
Click on Add Existing Engagement:
Click on the magnifying glass icon to see a list of all Engagements linked to the Client that owns the Project. Multiple Engagements can be added - simply click on the Engagements you wish to add.
Alternatively to pick a specific Engagement, type the Candidate Name or the Vacancy Name to find the record.
