How to find out the version number of Mercury (Core)

For when you need to check your Mercury software version

This article explains how to find out the version number of the core Mercury software installed in your environment.

NOTES:

Only System Administrators with the appropriate access will be able to do this.
The 'About' feature in the front-end of Mercury will display the version details of Microsoft Dynamics 365, not Mercury.

Home > Advanced Settings > Solutions
 

How 

1. Go to the Advanced Settings option in the Mercury front-end:



2. Under the Customization heading, select Solutions:



3. A new window will open on the Solutions tab. Toggle to the Managed solutions tab. 

 

4. To find the Mercury core version, look for the following fields:

  1. Display name: Mercury Transform
  2. Name: mxrecruit
  3. Version: In this example, the version number is 34.
