What

What to do when you have already merged a duplicate Contact record, but a message still appears to say that a duplicate has been found.

NOTE: The instructions in this article can only be carried out by your organisation's System Administrator.

 

Where

Duplicate Detection rules is standard Microsoft functionality, and not an actual Mercury feature.

 

How

  1. Sign in to the Power Platform admin center and select an environment.

  2. Select Settings > Data management > Duplicate detection rules.
