An overview to easily see the Contract positions due to finish in the coming weeks and their associated value. 

Details show a list of Contract positions due to finish, with the number of weeks ahead that are viewed set as desired.   

Also includes information about the likelihood of these placements being extended, and when the candidates were last contacted.


 

Report highlight

Within the details of Positions due to finish, individuals who are of particularly high value, who haven’t been contacted recently or who are due to finish in the next 7 days, are highlighted. 


 

Who it's for

Summary of the main screen - Finishers

1 Toggle between Placement Finishers or Likely to Extend (based on the value selected on the 'Likely to Extend' field of the Placement record).
2 Shows the number of Finishers scheduled, Total WGP that will be lost when these placements come to an end, and the average WGP per finisher. 
3 Icons highlight individuals of high value, those who are imminently finishing or who haven't been contacted for a while.

 

Summary of the main screen - Likely to Extend

1 Toggle between Placement Finishers or Likely to Extend (based on the value selected on the 'Likely to Extend' field of the Placement record).
2 Shows the number of Finishers in the next X weeks who have/have not been contacted and their Likely to Extend status. 
3 Shows the percentage of finishers per week commencing and their Likely to Extend status. 
4 Icons highlight individuals of high value, those who are imminently finishing or who haven't been contacted for a while.

 

Filtering - Basic and Advanced 

Basic

NOTE: Filter by placements ending within a specified number of weeks. Reset to default view by selecting Reset Filters (this will reset all filters). The default number of weeks displayed in the report is based on organisational config settings, and can be edited by clicking the pencil icon. The report can also be filtered by Business Unit, Territory, Consultant, Primary Team, Site, and Client.

 

Advanced 

NOTE: The default view of Placements coming to an end excludes any where an extension has already been agreed.  You can include Placements where extensions have been agreed using the advanced filtering (see below). The report can also be filtered by Discipline, Type, Sub-sector, Work Pattern, and Currency. 

 

Report summary

The Contract Finishers report shows the number of Contract positions due to finish in the upcoming weeks and their associated value by total and average weekly gross profit. 

The number of weeks ahead that's being viewed can be easily changed, and the Placements in the data table at the bottom of the report are the ones represented in the top chart.  The table at the bottom includes the Placement ID, the End date, Candidate's name, when we last contacted that Candidate, and also how long it's been since we contacted the Client. 

There are some additional icons that are used to highlight specific aspects of these Placements, for example, individuals who haven't been contacted recently, or who are of a particularly high value, or those Placements that are due to finish within the next 7 days. 

Headlines on the report show the number of Finishers, the average Weekly Gross Profit of those Finishers, and the average number of days since last contact. 



Glossary of terms for this report

Headlines 

  • Finishers - a count of Contract/Temp active Placements with an end date within the selected number of weeks.   

  • Avg Weekly GP - the average weekly margin (Gross Profit) for Contract/Temp active Placements with an end date within the selected number of weeks. 

  • Avg Last Contacted - the average number of days since last Candidate contact (call or email) for active Placements with an end date within the selected number of weeks.  

  • Ended - a count of Contract/Temp Placements with an end date before today. 

 

Icons

  • Telephone - last contacted more than 14 days ago. 

  • Dollar - weekly Gross Profit value above 60% of the maximum weekly Gross Profit in the last 365 days. 

  • Clock - Placement ending in the next 7 days.

  • X - not contacted since placement start.
