Introduction 

A simple view primarily aimed at Team Leaders, Sales Managers or Senior Leadership, but also available to Consultants. Designed to help monitor and drive performance of all individuals and teams across the entire business.

The Recruitment page allows you to see all key activities in one place, culminating in a performance funnel that visualises the progression of Vacancies created, through to Placements, so you can better understand where you are losing business.

Covering key metrics such as the number of Vacancies created, CVs submitted, Interviews arranged, Job offers made, Placements achieved and Deal values.

The Business Development page shows performance across common new business activities in simple chart form. It includes details of new Candidates added, new Clients, new Contacts, Spec Sends, Phone calls and Appointments.

Likely to be viewed daily and used as part of both weekly and monthly reviews.

 

Report highlight

Spot trends, including seasonality, so that you can take action ahead of time, plan resource and forecast more accurately.

4 Within the Phone Calls and Appointments charts, click the grey arrow (❯) to view breakdown by activity type, and then further filter by purpose.

 

Summary of the Comparison page

1 Page navigation to switch between reports.
2 Toggle between data for: Business Unit, Site, Primary Team, and Consultant.
3 Select which measure to show on the chart - only one measure can be selected at a time. 
4 Line graph shows the number of the selected measure (e.g. the number of First Interviews Arranged) across the set date period (defaults to 'Last 12 Months').

 

Report summary

The Recruitment page shows different types of recruitment activity that took place over the last 12 months.

You can see the volumes of Vacancies created, number of CVs submitted, First Interviews arranged, Offers made by month, New Placements, and finally, the New Deal value (the Gross Profit) associated with each of those Placements.

The funnel chart at the bottom shows the volumes that have progressed through each stage of the recruitment process and displays the percentage each stage represents of both the previous stage in the process and the percentage of the first stage (Vacancies created).

The Business Development page shows the volume of activities for adding New Candidates, New Clients and New Contacts in the last 12 months, and also the volume of Spec Sends, Phone calls and Appointments that have happened.

There is more detailed information to view on the drill-throughs that you can select with the arrow icon to view the number of Candidates added by specific Users or Teams, as well as the splits of both Call and Appointments by their purpose.

You can cut and slice the data in different ways using the filters available. For example, you can use the Site or Primary Team filters to just review the numbers for a specific office or team’s performance.

The Comparison page shows the volumes of activities or new contacts/clients added across each business unit, site, etc. View direct comparisons at a high level to identify trends or issues from either a measure or team perspective.

Headlines

  • Positions Per Day – Average number of vacancy positions created per day in the time frame selected.
  • MTD Positions per Day – Average number of vacancy positions created per day for the current Month To Date.
  • Placements Per Day – Average number of Placements created per day in the time frame selected.
  • MTD Placements Per Day – Average number of Placements created per day for the current Month To Date.

Funnel Chart

  • Percent of first - The volume that have progressed to each stage, compared to the total volume of Vacancies Created, as a %.
  • Percent of previous - The volume that have progressed to each stage compared to the total volume in the previous stage, as a %.

 

Business Development page

Headlines

  • Calls Per Day – Average number of Telephone Calls per day in the time frame selected.
  • MTD Calls Per Day – Average number of Telephone Calls per day for the current Month To Date.
  • Appointments Per Day – Average number of Appointments per day in the time frame selected.
  • MTD Appointments Per Day – Average number of Appointments per day for the current Month To Date.
  • Phone Calls - All phone call types/purposes combined.
  • Appointments - All appointment types combined.
