Instantly find Contacts within Mercury with matching Work Histories. Network AI will look to find Candidates who are potential Hiring Managers but you do not see them as that yet. This will surface hidden Client Contacts, that you can engage with and prioritise business development with those individuals.
Additionally, Network AI creates relevant information relating to the following features which save back to the CRM:

Where
The Network AI button is accessed within an individual Contact Record:

How
Help a Candidate get a job by connecting with people they have previously worked with, or may have crossed path with in similar roles (both Client Contacts and Candidate Contacts). Input some basic details about the Candidate to start building connections and create actions.
Basic Information
Network AI will automatically return contacts specific to the selected material type from the tabs available. The more basic information given, the more relevant the generated output. Depending on the action, generated information can/cannot be manually edited.
Location (Distance): Filter results based on distance from Contact's home address. Free-text is available for Town/City, select a Country from a drop-down list, and add a Radius (toggle between miles and kilometres).
Worked At: Where the Candidate has previously worked. To include where they currently work, switch the ‘Include Current Client’ toggle. To provide a greater list of returned Contacts, AI is used to normalise the names of the Clients e.g. 'Barclays Investment Banking', 'Barclays PLC' will become 'Barclays'.
Job Titles Held: All the previous Job Titles the Candidate has previously held. To improve the Contacts being returned, AI is used to provide a list of similar Job Titles.
Target Job Title: Filter the list of returned Contacts by their Current Job Title, assisting you in finding Contacts who are in hiring positions. AI is used to generate a list of Job Titles that would hire the ‘Current Job Title’ of the Candidate. NOTE: If no results are returned, remove some of values within ‘Target Job Title’. Once the results are updated, more Contacts should be returned, then these can be further filtered as required.
Key Skills: upcoming functionality Boost contacts to the top of the results based on their key skills, or remove contacts who do not have this skill.
Work History: Work history for the Contact is listed from most recent. This field is not editable.
CV: Optionally add a CV - this will be attached to any emails created and sent. NOTE: Only currently accepted format is Word Document (.docx).
Update Results: When making initial or further refining changes to these fields (excluding Work History and CV), click this button to update the results.
