Overview
This is a glossary of descriptions for each of the measures & columns that are available in the “slimline” version of the data model surfaced in the Analytics Builder report currently in preview.
The headers are the ones used in the model that will be seen when using “personalise this visual” - and relate to which table the data comes from.
NOTE: Prefixes for each measure are either 'Fct' (Fact) or 'Dim' (Dimension). Fact measures include numbers/values (e.g. number of appointments, average WGP, number of placements based on created date, etc.), whereas Dimension measures include descriptions and details (e.g. dates, identifier IDs, states, statuses, etc.)

Count of Placements on Created (Not Cancelled) - The number of Placements based on the Placement created date excluding those that are cancelled
Sum of Placement Gross Profit on Created - The total gross profit from Placements based on the Placement created date
Sum of Placement Weekly Gross Profit on Created - The total weekly gross profit from Placements based on the Placement created date
Average of Placement Weekly Gross Profit on End - The average weekly gross profit based on the Placement end date
Count of Placements on End - The number of Placements based on the Placement end date
Sum of Placement Gross Profit on End - The total gross profit from Placements based on the Placement end date
Average of Placement Weekly Gross Profit on Start - The average weekly gross profit based on the Placement start date

Average of Vacancy Margin % on Created - The average margin percentage for Vacancies based on the Vacancy created date

Sum of Interviews on Vacancy Created - The total number of interviews based on the Vacancy created date
Sum of Offer Made on Vacancy Created - The total number of offers made based on the Vacancy created date
Sum of Placements on Vacancy Created - The total number of Placements based on the Vacancy created date
Sum of Submissions on Vacancy Created - The total number of submissions based on the Vacancy created date
Sum of Vacancy Gross Profit on Created - The total gross profit from Vacancies based on the Vacancy created date
Average Days to First Interview on Vacancy Created - The average number of days to reach first interview from the Vacancy created date
Average Days to First Placement on Vacancy Created - The average number of days to reach Placement from the Vacancy created date
Average Days to First Submit on Vacancy Created - The average number of days to reach first submission from the Vacancy created date
Average Days to Offer Made First on Vacancy Created - The average number of days to reach an offer made from the Vacancy created date
Sum of Active Vacancy Gross Profit by Start - The total gross profit value of active Vacancies based on the Vacancy start date
DimCandidate
ContactId - The unique identifier ID for the Candidate
CurrentEmployer - The current employer of the Candidate
FullName - The full name of the Candidate
LastAppointmentDate - The date of the latest appointment held with the Candidate
LastCallDate - The date of the latest phonecall held with the Candidate
LastContacted - The date of the latest contact across all activities held with the Candidate
LastTeamsMeetingDate - The date of the latest teams meeting held with the Candidate
State - The current state of the Candidate (active or inactive)
Status - The current status of the Candidate (active or inactive)
DimClientContact
ClientId - The unique identifier ID for the Client Company
ContactId - The unique identifier ID for the contact at the Client Company
CurrentEmployer - The current employer of the Client Contact
FullName - The full name of the Client Contact
LastAppointmentDate - The date of the latest appointment held with the Client Contact

Date - The date value in the current context
DayOfWeekName - The name of the day in the current context
MonthAbv - The abbreviated name of the month in the current context
MonthName - The name of the month in the current context
WeekCommencing - The date the week starts in the current context
Year - The year in the current context
DimPlacement
ActualEndDate - The revised date that the Placement actually ended
CreatedOnDate - The date the Placement was created
ExtensionNumber - The number of extensions that have occurred on the Placement
IsExtended - Determines whether the Placement has been extended or not
IsExtension - Determines whether the Placement is an extension
IsLatestExtension - Determines whether the Placement is the most recent extension
OriginalEndDate - The original date the Placement was scheduled to end
OriginalStartDate - The original date the Placement was scheduled to start
PlacementId - The unique identifier ID of the Placement
PlacementIdCode - The unique identifier code of the Placement
PlacementName - The name of the Placement
StartDate - The revised date that the Placement actually started
State - The state of the Placement (active/inactive)
Status - The status of the Placement (active/inactive)
WorkPattern - The work pattern of the Placement

Type - The Placement or Vacancy type (perm/contract/temp)

BusinessUnit - The business unit the user is assigned to
FullName - The full name of the user
PrimaryTeam - The full name of the user
Site - The site the user is assigned to
State - The current state of the user (active/inactive)
Territory - The territory the user is assigned to

CreatedOnDate - The date the Vacancy was created
EndDate - The date the Vacancy ended
FurthestStatus - The latest stage of the Vacancy
IsExclusive - Determines whether the Vacancy is exclusive or not
IsSpeculative - Determines whether the Vacancy is speculative or not
Priority - Shows the priority level of the Vacancy
StartDate - The date the Vacancy started
State - The state of the Vacancy (active/inactive)
Status - The status of the Vacancy (active/inactive)
VacancyId - The unique identifier ID of the Vacancy
VacancyName - The name of the Vacancy
VacancySource - The source of the Vacancy
