Summary Overview
Export candidates to your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with RSC (Recruiter System Connect) - allowing users to export limited LinkedIn profile information from LinkedIn Recruiter into Mercury with a single click.
Create a LinkedIn Stub Profile in Mercury which can then be matched against an existing Mercury Contact.
Prerequisites
Users must have a LinkedIn Recruiter profile to utilize the Enhanced 1-Click Export.
For the Recruiter to associate a Candidate with an appropriate job, you must sync all of your customer's jobs with LinkedIn. Learn more about syncing jobs here.
Step-by-Step Instructions
LinkedIn Recruiter
1 Within the Pipeline section, on a Candidate's profile, click the More icon (···) > Export to ATS.
2 In the Export to your ATS window, select the ATS from the dropdown menu.
3 Job name is a required field; begin typing to show results, or copy and paste in the Vacancy Ref number from the Vacancy Record within Mercury. This will place the Candidate as an Applicant on the Vacancy Record (under the Candidate tab).
4 Candidate email and Notes are optional fields but you are encouraged to complete the email field to aid in matching LinkedIn Stub Profiles to existing Mercury Contact Records.
5 Once complete, click Export.
1-Click Export will export the following:
- First name
- Last name
- Profile URL
- Headline
- Location
- Source (“LinkedIn”)
- Available in Enhanced 1-Click Export - promoted to Contact Record
- Education
- Experience (including the last 2 experiences only)
- Email(s), if manually entered into the Candidate email field
- Available in Enhanced 1-Click Export - saved against the Stub Profile only:
- Top 3 skills, including the 2 most recent “highlighted skills” if available
- Notes (from Notes field in the Export to your ATS window)
- Years of experience

Mercury LinkedIn: Stub Profiles
Created Stub Profiles show within the LinkedIn Stub Profiles section with a Status Reason of New.
Each Candidate's LinkedIn Stub Profile includes all available details included in the export. See Related tab > Education / Work History / Skills for those specific details.
