Wherever you work in Mercury, Mercury actions are now located in one consistent place.

Can we revert to the previous buttons and menus?
No. Customers are encouraged to adapt this new layout and feed back as necessary.
Will all entities receive the new Mercury button update?
Yes. Over the forthcoming Mercury releases in 2026, any remaining entities will also receive this new functionality.
Can I customise the labels and hide options that we do not use?
Yes. Please raise a Service Request and the Customer Success Team can assist with this.
Can I create my own options to add to the Mercury action menu?
This is a planned future enhancement and information will be provided when this functionality is available.
I have duplicate buttons, one showing from the Mercury button and another on the navigation bar. Can the duplicate version on the navigation bar be removed?
Please raise a Support Case and the Service Desk can investigate. This may be due to legacy or custom solutions.
