Report summary

Find recently available contractors who are active and ready to be contacted about new roles. The default view sorts by Placements which ended in ascending order within the constraints of the Available Since: X Weeks field. Contractors who have been out of work the longest, with no current active placement will then show at the top of the results.

Having the Last Job Title and Last Job WGP within the results can help identify which Vacancies may be a good fit for this Candidate. The Last Contacted field will show in white if the Candidate has been contacted since Placement end, and in red if they haven't. This visual makes it clear which Candidates to reach out to first, supporting prevention of talent loss, and maintain strong candidate relationships with recruiters.

Along with previous placement information, this report also includes where the Candidate is active within the recruitment pipeline, showing Shortlist stages across multiple Vacancies (Submissions, First Interviews, etc.). Identify which Candidates are actively applying for new roles, and which have stalled. Open the Candidate record from here and navigate to the Candidate tab for more detailed information.
