A multi-line text field is available on the Client record called Client Known As.
The purpose of this field is to allow for the capture of multiple potential aliases for an individual client.
Multiple Known As values can be added to this field by separating the names with a comma.
Once you have entered a new Alias click Save.
Searching for any of the Known As names prefixed with a *, will return the Client.
