How to add Contacts to a Hot List.
From within a Contact record, click Related > Hot Lists
Click Add Existing Hot List and search for the hot list you require.
Then click Add
The Contact will now be added to the Hot List. You can navigate to the Hot List by clicking on the Name or from the Hot Lists tab on the left side menu.
