With SAAS products, clearing your browser cache often resolves errors or slowness. For Mercury, Google Chrome is the browser we recommend you use.

In order to clear your browser cache, first click on the ellipsis located on the top right side of your browser:

Then click Settings:

A new browser tab will open - click Privacy and security:

Next step is to click Clear browsing data:

A pop-up will open with your final step. Select All Time for the Time range and tick Cached images and files, then click the Clear data button:

All your browser cache is now cleared. You can now do Ctrl+F5 (or Fn+F5 on some laptops) on your existing open Mercury tab to refresh it.

If needed, you can close your browser tab that has Mercury loaded, open a new tab and relaunch Mercury in that one - you may be prompted to sign in again.

Or, you can close your web browser completely, reopen it, and relaunch Mercury in a fresh new tab - again, you may be prompted to sign into Mercury again.
