What

What are the IP ranges that the Mercury database uses?

Where

Add the IP addresses below to your network environment's Excluded list.

How

These are the IP addresses that Mercury uses, and that you can add to your Excluded list:

Mercury Head Office - 195.224.170.214
Integration Layer - 51.142.97.198
Jump Box - 51.132.255.158
SolrLoader - 20.68.23.69
Daxtra UK shared server - 54.225.235.217
Daxtra EU Server - 54.217.238.198
Daxtra Test Server - 54.163.229.46

There is a specific set of IP addresses for customers in the Australia/APAC region:

Mercury Head Office - as above
Integration Layer - 20.211.175.189
Jump Box - 20.28.154.113
SolrLoader - 20.213.114.170 and 52.187.13.198
Daxtra APAC Server - 54.252.108.220

We would also advise to add Walkme to the list, which powers Mercury Assist:

data-apps.walkme.com
eu-data-apps.walkme.com

If your IT department keeps a strict whitelist, (i.e. you haven’t whitelisted *.walkme.com), make sure they know to add the relevant domain from the two listed above (based on your account's data centre) to the whitelist.

NOTE: If you wish to remove Global admin rights but still allow Mercury to have Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform and SharePoint admin rights, then that is fine.
