What

The Mercury Knowledge Base is packed with an ever growing library of instructional articles and FAQs to help and guide you through your day-to-day use of the Mercury software.

Where

You can access the Knowledge Base via the online Mercury Community. It is also available directly from within the Mercury software itself by clicking on the single question mark icon in the top right corner of any screen within Mercury:

How

Here is a quick guide to some key features of the Knowledge Base.
 

Use the pink categories listed on the homepage to go straight to a collection of related knowledge articles for a particular topic:





Click on a category to see all the latest knowledge articles for that topic:




Click on the pink title of any article to see its full content:







Use your web browser's back & forward buttons accordingly, to navigate between the pages you've visited, otherwise just click on Knowledge Base at the top of the page to go back to the homepage and list of categories:




To freely search across the whole Knowledge Base, click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the page:




Set the filter to Knowledge Articles using the drop-down:




Click in the Search box and just enter natural language keywords for your search:




Click the magnifying glass to the right of the Search box to run the search:




You will be presented with a list of all articles that contain your keywords, with the most relevant articles appearing first:




You can use the filter to change the display order if you wish, for example, based on number of views each article has had, or average user ratings for the articles:




Just like before, simply click on any pink article title to see its full content:







And that's it!
