This article explains how to create a User in CloudCall Admin Hub.

NOTE: The instructions in this article can only be carried out by your organisation's System Administrator.

 

Where

Apps > Published Apps > CloudCall Admin Hub
 

 

How

1. Change the view to All CloudCall User Settings, then search for the required existing CloudCall user: 





2.. Click +New: 





3. Select the required Platform - if you have different environments or locations, then pick the relevant location:





4. Copy & Paste the user's assigned CloudCall number into the Account ID field, and also their password:




5. Click Save & Close.
