This article explains the Minimum System Requirements an end user should meet in order for all Candidate Portal functionality to work and behave as expected.
Where
The Candidate Portal is an additional module so will only be available to those customers who have added the product to their Mercury environment.
System Requirements
Supported Web Browsers
Google Chrome - Last 3 major releases
Microsoft Edge - Last 3 major releases
Mozilla Firefox - Last 3 major releases
Supported Operating Systems for Web Browsers
Windows - Windows 10 or later
macOS - 10.13 or later
iOS - iOS 13 or later
Android - 10 or later
Mobile Phones
Mobile phone screens should be a minimum of 5.8 inches.
Laptops & Desktops
The screen should have a browser zoom of between 50% and 200%
Desktop display resolution is recommended at a minimum of 1920 x 1080 (Windows > Control panel > Display)
