What
Search for Candidates from a Vacancy. This opens Mercury Search with filters pre-applied so you can start looking for great Candidates straight away.
NOTE: This will conduct a search based only on the Job Title, not the specific Vacancy.

Vacancies > Select Vacancy / open Vacancy Record > Mercury > Search Candidates
How
1 Select the Vacancy you would like to search for Candidates. This can either be done from the Vacancies page, or within a Vacancy record. In both cases, click the Search button, then Search Candidates.

2 When Search opens, the following fields will be populated if the Vacancy record contains the related information:
- Job Title
- Tags (Contains)
- Location (Distance)
- Vacancy Ref (must be manually added to the search query by clicking +Add)
3 Results (in List View only) will also include any populated Applicant Status for the Vacancy. This can be updated (but not added/removed) from within the Candidate Detail Card
