Within the Config file USE_DEFAULT_RATES_FOR_ACCEPT_OFFER:
When Value - Boolean is set to Yes, the modal window shown when progressing a Candidate through the 'Offer Accept' stage is not editable, and the Standard Rate defaults to what is specified within the Value – string field.
When Value - Boolean is set to No, the modal window shown when progressing a Candidate through the 'Offer Accept' stage has two required dropdown fields to select Rate Frequency and Rate Type.
The Value - string field includes which rates and frequencies are used. The default structure of the Config file is:
Hourly,DEFHLY;Daily,DEFDLY;Weekly,DEFWLY;Monthly,DEFMLY;Bi-annually,DEFBLY;Annual,DEFALY;Fortnightly,FORT
NOTES:
- Create new rate types (including appropriate code) via import from Excel and then replace the existing code within the Value – string field of the Config record.
- Rate Types must have a unique Code and must remain in an ‘Active’ Status.
