Issuing Paperwork will be the stage and the status of the Placement, after the Approval process is complete.

Paperwork must have been written and merge fields entered, before being attached into the Config tab within Mercury. This can only be done with the correct security permissions.

Within the Placement in the top ribbon, is the Issue Paperwork button:

Click on this to issue paperwork to the Client or the Candidate:



When selecting Client, the below will appear:


Select the required Paperwork from the dropdown. The following message will then appear:

Follow the same steps to produce paperwork for the Candidate.

The contracts are created immediately. They will appear in the Document folder. Click on the Related tab and Documents to view.

They can now be downloaded/amended.
