Saved queries are stored within Mercury. To access a saved query, open Mercury Legacy Search, either from the Contacts menu:
Or from the Search icon in a Vacancy:
Click on the middle icon with the folder, to access any saved queries.
Click on the first arrow icon that at the end of the search, to open the query:
It will list the search criteria used to build the query; click on the magnifying glass at the top, to get the original results and any new matches.
