You may have noticed the term Placeability within the Candidate record or the search function.

There are two parts to this score. Currently, switched on within your system will be scoring that is applied as a candidate progresses through a shortlist. The scoring is as follows:

On Submission to Client = 20
On Interview = 40
On Offer Acceptance = 60

This score is visible on the As a Candidate tab:

If a candidate is rejected or not linked to a Shortlist and has a status of 'None', their score will be 0.

The reason for the score is to help find candidates with our search function, based on their current score:

Sentiment

NOTE: Please note that Sentiment will only apply if at project stage it was requested to be switched on.

This is a tool that can be used in connection with the above scoring. The Sentiment field is on Contract Placements only.

The Sentiment is always defaulted to Positive. There are options to amend this to Neutral or Negative.

Depending on what has been selected, this will update the Placeability score on the Candidate:

On Placement - Negative Sentiment = 10
On Placement - Neutral Sentiment = 50
On Placement - Positive Sentiment = 100
