What are draft emails?

These are emails that a system workflow has generated for you, commonly arranging an interview or accepting an offer. The emails have been automatically created but will not automatically send. This is to allow you the opportunity to check and make any amendments first before sending.

Instead, they will appear under your list of My Activities, which are items to complete and they also appear under a view called My Draft Emails.

NOTE: If you are unsure which emails are sent out automatically or are set to draft, please check with your System Administrators, Gurus or the whoever manages the Mercury account.

Activities

Any emails listed in your list will be emails that are due to be sent. It is recommended to be looking at this regularly, to ensure that your emails (and other due tasks) are managing efficiently.
