To parse a CV via Daxtra, email the CV of the Candidate as an attachment to your Daxtra Spool email address.
If you do not know the email address that was created for your company, please contact your System Administrator.
The CV will be sent to Mercury via the Candidate Capture routine, where it will then be parsed for Skills and other information to create a new Candidate record.
If the Candidate already exists in the system, the CV for that existing Candidate record will be updated with the one you've just parsed.
Allow up to 15 minutes for the CV to be loaded into Mercury. If it takes any longer, the CV may need to be validated in Candidate Capture by your Administrator.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If a Candidate is deactivated in Mercury, and then a user parses through a CV for that same Candidate, it will reactivate the Candidate.
