In Legacy Search there are three icons on the top right hand side.

Go to your saved queries, in the middle icon with the folder:
 
 
Click on the middle icon on the right:
 

A list of all users will appear:
 
 
Select the user that you wish to send it to. A copy will now appear in their saved queries lists.
