What
Personalisation Settings in Mercury should be used to configure your preferred defaults for Currency, Records per page, Time Zone and Working Hours. These are all normally set before go-live, however, the settings are available if changes are ever needed.
Where
Personalisation Settings are accessed by clicking on the cog wheel icon > Personalization Settings:
How
1. Set Personal Options will open. On the General tab you can change the Number of Records that are displayed per page, Time Zone and Default Currency:
2. From the Activities tab you can mange your Default Calendar and set your Working Hours. If any changes have been made. click OK to save them:
3. The other tabs of the Personal Options are normally managed in bulk and set the same for all users. If you feel that options on one of the other tabs need adjusting, it would be recommended that you speak with your System Administrator prior to making any changes.
