To view a Candidates Shortlist history you'll first need to access the Candidate record. Do this by clicking Contacts on the left side menu and then search for the Candidate record.
Once in the record click the As a Candidate tab. The first section is Shortlists and will show you all of the Vacancies that the Candidate has been Shortlisted on.
