Mercury users can now collaborate with others using Microsoft Teams from inside Mercury. No more tabbing between windows or working across multiple screens. Users can now exchange messages with colleagues without leaving Mercury.
Click on the speech bubbles icon which appears towards the top of the far right margin of the page :
To enhance collaboration even further, users can link Teams chats & conversations to Mercury CRM records, meaning the receiving party gets basic information and a link to the Mercury record, to ensure they are speaking in context of, for example, the correct contact or vacancy record.
