Adding Contacts to Hotlists from the Contact Record
New functionality allows flexibility when adding contacts to hotlists. This can now be actioned with a click of a button from a contact record.
From within a contact record it is now quicker and easier to add that person directly into as many of your Hotlists as desired.

Where

Home > Contacts > Find Contact > Click onto Contact Name > Top Ribbon Select Add to Hot List(s) > Within the search field either hit Enter on your keyboard, select the magnifying glass icon or start typing the Hotlist by name > Select Hotlist > Select Add

How

To add a contact to one or multiple Hotlists from their record simply go to their record and click on the Add to Hot List(s) button on the top ribbon:
 
 
 
 
The below highlighted search field will first appear with nothing below it. To find a list of all of your available Hotlists, hit the Enter key on your keyboard or hit the magnifying glass icon within the end of the field. Simply select the ones you wish to add your contact(s) to. Alternatively, to find a specific Hotlist, start typing the title, as seen on the example below.
 
At the bottom of the above window, click the Add button to finalise the action.
 
 
The contact will now be added to your Hotlist(s).
