Shortlisting a Candidate to Vacancies from the Contact Record
From the contact record, a candidate can be added to one or multiple Vacancies in one action.
It is now even quicker and easier to add a candidate directly to as many Vacancies as desired in one action.

WHERE
Home > Contacts > Select Candidate View >  Select Candidate > Top Ribbon Shortlist to Vacancies > Within the search field either hit Enter on your keyboard, select the magnifying glass icon or start typing the Vacancy by name > Select Vacancies > Select Add.

HOW
To add a candidate to a Vacancy or multiple Vacancies directly from their record, ensure you in have selected the correct candidate View from the Contacts menu. Select the candidate from the View and click on the Shortlist to Vacancies button on the top ribbon:
 
 
 

The below highlighted search field will first appear with nothing below it. To find a list of all open Vacancies, hit the Enter key on your keyboard or hit the magnifying glass icon within the end of the field. Simply select the ones you wish to add your candidate to. Alternatively, to find a specific Vacancy starting typing the title, as seen on the example below.
 
 
 

At the bottom of the above window, click the Add button to finalise the action.
 
 
The candidate will now have an active shortlist and will be listed on the Vacancies, on the Candidates tab.

NOTE: This feature is only available on a contact who is labelled a candidate.
