WHAT

The main use of having the Projects feature is having the capability of adding multiple Vacancies collated together.
One of the main purposes and benefits of Projects is to be able to add a collective list of different types of Vacancies together that are required to be filled, in order for the Project to be completed. 

WHERE

Home > Projects > Click into a Project > click Vacancies tab > click +New Vacancy > complete the data entry > click Save on top ribbon

HOW

To add a Vacancy to a Project, go to the Projects menu from the site map and click into the Project :
 
 
 

Navigate to the Vacancies tab and select +New Vacancy:
 
 
Creating a Vacancy from the sub grid will auto populate the client and the hiring manager. Complete the remaining fields as normal and then click Save & Close on the top ribbon:
 
 
 
 
As seen above within the Owner Information section on the right, the Project is displayed in a lookup field. It is a hyperlink and will take you back into the Project, when selected.
 
The Vacancy will be displayed on the sub grid:
 
 
 

This will update the Active Vacancies on the Financials section of the General tab:
 
 

Adding Existing Vacancies to a Project

Existing Vacancies can be added to a Project, as long as the client is the same.

From the Vacancies tab, click on Add Existing Vacancy:

 

 

 

Search for your vacancy by typing the Vacancy Name, Client Name or Vacancy ID number into the search bar:
 
 
Click Save.
