What
New functionality allows the ability to shortlist a Candidate straight from an Info record, in a very similar way to the shortlisting of a Candidate to a Vacancy record. This can be actioned with a click of a button from an Info record. Add Candidates to add a shortlist to the Info record.

How
1. Info record > General tab > Info Shortlists section > click ⁝ (kebab menu) > +New Info Shortlist
2. This will open the Quick Create side panel. Search for Candidates by name or click the magnifying glass to load Contacts or use the Advanced Lookup.
Only one record can be added in the Candidate field. To add multiple Candidates in quick succession, click Save & Create New to add more Candidates to the same Info Shortlist. When complete, click Save and Close.
3. View Info Shortlists from a Candidate record by clicking the Related tab > Info Shortlists. This will show all Info Shortlist records associated with this Candidate.
