What to do if any emails you create in Mercury appear with any formatting anomalies, such as unwanted gaps or spaces.
Where
Anywhere in Mercury where you launch the creation of an email - usually using the Email Editor feature.
How
To remove any unwanted spaces, open your email template, highlight the space, then press the Shift + Delete keys on your keyboard.
To prevent any odd line spacing in the email, instead of pressing Enter when creating a new line in the email, press Shift + Enter.
If you want a blank line, press Shift + Enter twice - this will result in line spacing that looks normal.
