There is an icon on the Placement ribbon called Sync Agreement.
It is best used in either of the following scenarios:
1. The Agreement is first linked to the Placement, not the Vacancy.
2. The Agreement has had an amendment to it since being linked to the Placement.
If you see the below message in the ribbon, this is advising that the Agreement is being synched to the record:
It could take some time to do this, so to speed up the process click on the Sync Agreement icon:
The following message will appear:
Click OK. Refresh a few times and it will speed up the process. The message will also disappear from the ribbon.
