Within Mercury, the facility to add an individual’s full Education record is now available. If a Candidate's/Contact's Education does not parse from their CV, or if their certifications have been provided outside of their CV, users will now be able to manually create the records via the Quick Create and the Education features within a Candidate/Contact record.

Where

Method 1 via Quick Create

Home > Quick Create + icon > Education > Complete the relevant fields > Save and Close > Access the Candidate/Contact main record from Contacts > Related > Education > The newly added data will be found there.

Method 2 via the Contact record

Home > Sitemap > Contacts > Select your View > Click into the record > Related > Education > + New Education > Complete the relevant fields > Save and Close > The record will update with the newly added information.
