What

So let's say you click on the Vacancies focus for example, from the main Mercury sitemap (ie. the main side menu in the far left panel on any page in Mercury). You then click on a record in that list, and you review and browse the record, but then you want to quickly move on to the next record in the list, or better still, jump straight to any other record in the list. What do you do? Just go back to the main list and then pick your next record? Yes, that would work, but do you really want to do that every time with every record? That would become quite tedious, yes? Especially if you have a very long list of records to trawl through? Wouldn't it be great if you could just stay on the same page where you're viewing the current record, and be able to still see the list of other records to jump straight to? Well...read on!

Where

Literally any list or view in Mercury!

How

1. Once you have your desired list of records displaying on the screen, and you've clicked into any of the records, cast your eyes towards the top left of the page...

2. Click on that Open Record Set icon above...you can now scroll through all the other records in the list without leaving the record page, and jump straight to any other record!

3. Not only that, but if you click on any of the tabs at the top of the page of any record, then the next record you open from the on-screen browse, will default to that same tab for every record you open, until you change the tab view to another tab, which will then become the new default.

We hope this great feature proves useful for you!
