What
This article will demonstrate how to integrate your Mercury CRM with a Job Board (for multi-site posting). This is an essential tool for bringing automation to the management of your advertisements and applicants. With an established Job Board integration, you will be able to view the status and responses to your adverts.
Where
Advanced Settings > Security > Users > Open a User profile
NOTE: For users who are responsible for updating job posting credentials, the local Mercury System Administrator needs to assign them the Security Role of Mercury - Can administer Advert Posting credentials.
How
1. Request your Broadbean/LogicMelon credentials as Mercury does not provide these credentials. For Broadbean, a username is required. For LogicMelon, a username and password.
2. Ensure your credentials are in plain text and not rich text. If the credentials are in rich text, the system will not recognise the credentials. To do this, copy & paste your credentials into notepad and this will convert your credentials into plain text:
3. Go to Advanced Settings > Security > Users
4. Select the name of the user. This opens a side panel with user details. Select Manage user in Dynamics 365.
5. This opens the User record in Mercury. Under the Summary tab, enter the username (and password if required) under Advert Posting Integration.
