What
The most common reason for a Tag to suddenly go missing is when the Tag is inadvertently inactivated by a user instead of being removed from a Contact. We can find these inactive tags in the Config section of Mercury and Activate them to allow them to be used again.
NOTE: If a Tag is not in the Inactive Tags View then it may have been edited or deleted. It is not recommended to delete Tags as they cannot be recovered.

How
1. Click the Active Tags dropdown and select Inactive Tags:
2. Hover your cursor to the left of the Tag you want to activate and a circle will appear in that area:
3. Click into the circle to select it, then click the Activate button that appears in the ribbon menu at the top of the page:
4. In the pop-up that appears, click Activate:
