This article explains how to find out the version number of the core Mercury software installed in your environment.

NOTE: Only System Administrators with the appropriate access will be able to do this.

NOTE: The 'About' feature in the front-end of Mercury will display the version details of Microsoft Dynamics 365, not Mercury.

How 

1. Go to the Advanced Settings option in the Mercury front-end:




2. Click on the small down-arow next to Settings:



3. Under the Customization heading, select Solutions:




4. A page will appear, listing all the solutions your instance has. To find the Mercury core version, locate the solution called mxrecuit which will appear in the Name column. In the Display Name column, you will also see a corresponding item called Mercury Transform. In the example screenshot below, the latest version of Mercury Core is v25 which appears in the Version column > 2023.25.0310.1 > the '25' part of the full version number that is displayed, denotes the Mercury Core release version number:
