This article explains the purpose of the Tracking Tables for Ownership function in Daxtra. 

NOTE: The instructions in this article can only be carried out by your organisation's System Administrator.

How 

Within Daxtra there is a section that enables Recruiters to set up Ownership tracking. Every time a user sends in a CV to a spool, Daxtra will recognise the user's details via RMS and will add the user to the Ownership table. The ownership table contains 5 columns: 

  • Name - the Recruiter's name.

  • Email - the Recruiter's email address.

  • Exchange - the Recruiter's exchange address.

  • MP Name - the Recruiter's name returned by Multi-Posters.

  • ID - the Recruiter's ID returned by RMS.


1. To access or view these details, log into Daxtra, then navigate to the Admin tab




NOTE: Only a Daxtra Administrator can do this. 


2. Then navigate to Tracking Tables:




3. Click on Edit against the Ownership entry in the table as shown below:




4. The next screen will show all users listed that have been sending to or using Daxtra. This is an automated process and no user input is required.
