This article fast-tracks you to the official Microsoft guidance for the bulk importing of data from an external source into Dynamics 365, which powers Mercury.

The information that you are about to read describes Microsoft tools - they are not Mercury applications. We need to point out that you need to clearly understand the routines that you will be carrying out and the purposes they serve when using these Microsoft tools. Data import routines need to be performed in a very considered manner - data integrity issues can be caused relatively quickly if mistakes are made during any bulk import process.
