Views:

Views can be pinned as a default
Any Views can be instantly pinned as default - just click into a View and Set as default view to make it the one that always displays first for any entity: 
 



 

Columns can be filtered within any View
You can click on any column within a View for any set of records and you're then able to filter the data quickly to retrieve instant desired results: 

 



 

Dashboards can be pinned as default too
Just like you can with Views, Dashboards can also be instantly pinned as a default, so you choose which one always displays first for any entity: 


 

Ctrl+Click to open any record hyperlink in a new tab
This is one of the most favourite features amongst the Mercury user community and which customers have expressed as really beneficial. Pressing the Ctrl button on the keyboard and clicking on any record hyperlink that you see in Mercury, will result in the page details for that record being displayed in a new tab in your web browser. The previous tab, from where you Ctrl+clicked, will remain open so that progress is not lost. 

 

Calls can be logged on a Shortlist 
You can log a Phone call activity on a Shortlist record. Go to the Candidate or Client contact details on a Shortlist and keep it updated by ensuring all associated calls are logged: 

 


Candidates can be shortlisted from their own records...
 



 

...and you can also create a Shortlist from the Candidate record too

 


Match to Vacancy will prepopulate Mercury Search
In any Vacancy record, click on Search and then Match to Vacancy which then immediately displays Candidates suitable for the role:
