How

CloudCall is a telephony service that is provided through a third-party cloud host. Calls are made via an internet connection instead of a landline, benefitting the ever-evolving workplace environment. CloudCall drives efficiency, generates revenue and creates great customer experiences with feature-rich communication tools, enabling users to increase calls, pick-up rates and reduce admin time.

Integrating with Mercury CRM, CloudCall is easy and simple to use. CloudCall is uniquely built within the CRM, creating bespoke experiences to support high-performing teams allowing users to make more calls and build better relationships with clients, contacts and users.

The Mercury + CloudCall integration offers these great features:

  • Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) - Directs calls to the next available user meaning no calls are missed.

  • Barge - Users are able to enter calls alongside other agents to provide more information.

  • Broadcast SMS - Send a Broadcast SMS to personalised contacts at once.

  • Call Notes - Save time by making notes which can be saved on a Contact's timeline.

  • Call Groups - Groups can be created to direct calls. Calls can also be split through to mobiles, or even your desk phone.

  • Recordings - Calls can be recorded, played back and downloaded, so users can focus on each conversation. This can also be saved on the timeline.

  • Build Statistics - Users can build and customise dashboards and reports based on calls made.

  • Click-to-call - Users can click on a number to call instead of typing a number out.

  • Click-to-text - Users can save time by sending an SMS via the Click functionality.

  • Portal/App - CloudCall provides a simple and flexible tool to manage via a portal. The app also enables the user to be connected wherever they are.

  • Consent - The CloudCall integration can automatically hear consent given on a call and starts recording.

  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) - CloudCall's robot receptionist directs callers to the right team or person first time, every time.

  • Monitor - Calls can be monitored to ensure meetings and calls are going well.

  • SMS Automation - Create and send messages via a workflow
