Overview

The ZoomInfo app for Microsoft Dynamics 365 helps Demand-Generation specialists, Marketing and Sales Operations professionals and Sales Leaders reach leads faster with the most accurate contact information within their preferred Dynamics Sales workflows.

With the ZoomInfo app, users can:

  • Search and import ZoomInfo’s contact and company data.

  • Update data on existing leads, contacts and accounts.

  • Administer field mapping settings and data object access.

This solution has been developed by the ZoomInfo team, not Mercury. It is a third-party solution that has been designed to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and uses the out-of-the-box tables that Mercury also uses, with Accounts (Clients) and Contacts. There is also the capability to use it with Leads for any users who may have purchased a Dynamics 365 for Sales licence.

NOTE: The instructions in this article can only be carried out by your organisation's System Administrator.
