What is the query?

When viewing a User's record in Mercury, in the Advert Posting Integration section, the Password field no longer shows.

 

What is the cause?

With the Mercury Version 27 release and as part of a product improvement feature, the Advert Posting Integration section on the User form is now controlled by a new Security Role called Mercury - Can administer Advert Posting credentials.

 

How can I fix this?

For users who are responsible for updating job posting credentials (this is normally a Super User), the local Mercury System Administrator needs to assign them to the new Security Role of Mercury - Can administer Advert Posting credentials.

After this Security Role has been applied and the user has refreshed their Internet browser cache, the Password field should be visible once again.
