What is the issue?

When using Email Editor and clicking on the Live Preview button, the preview window is showing blank. The user is expecting to see text, their email signature, etc on this preview window.
 

What is the cause?

The cause is down to incorrect configuration in the DEFAULT_EMAIL_STYLE Configuration Item.
 

How to fix this

1. Go to Support > Configuration > and open DEFAULT_EMAIL_STYLE.

2. The Value - string field needs to be populated, so for example, it should be populated with something like font:11pt Calibri;

Sometimes the information has been incorrectly added to the Value field. The Value field should be blank.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After changing the above, server-side caching can take up to 12 hours for the updates to take effect.
