What

This article explains how to share Dashboards in Mercury with other users and your colleagues. Sharing a Dashboard is the easiest way to allow other users in your environment to be able to view the data you have. You can also allocate permissions to those users so they can either read, write, delete, append, assign or even re-share themselves. Dashboards are interactive tools which help users understand their workload through Views or Charts.

Where

Home > Sitemap > My Work > Dashboards > select the Dashboard from the dropdown that you would like to share > Share

 

How

1. Click the Share button on the top right of the screen:





2. Click on Manage access:





3. Enter the User(s) or Team that you want to share the Dashboard with:





4. Once you have selected your User(s) or Team, you need to click the tick as shown in box 1 below. You will need to choose what level of access you want to assign - see box 2:




 
5. Once you are happy with the information that you have selected, click Share:





6. Once the Dashboard has been successfully shared, a message appears to confirm that Your changes have been saved:
