What

You come across what seems like multiple instances of the same Contact record, are you not sure one of them is a new or existing record - e.g. one that happens to have the same name as an existing Contact - or a duplicate; so you select Ignore and Save. After reviewing the records, you determine that they're duplicates that need to be merged.

Where

Home > Contacts > Select your View/List > You now see that you have two rows of Contact records with the same name, and after a review, you determine that the records are indeed duplicates.

How

Please refer directly to the guidance from Microsoft for merging duplicate rows/records:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/user/merge-duplicate-records

NOTE: You can only merge two records at a time.
