Recruiters are able to pin a maximum of 15 records. If you exceed the limit of 15 pinned activities, then the following pop-up message will appear:

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must first create the relevant activity, and once saved, the Pin icon will be displayed. This means that you can only pin new activities - you will not be able to retrospectively pin existing activities.

Chat for Search Currently in Beta...but on its way!

Mercury is changing the way you search forever!  Rather than complex Boolean strings or restrictive filters, simply tell the system what you are looking for and let it do the hard work!

Yes, it’s Chat for Search. Powered by advanced AI capabilities, use your natural language to ask the system what you are looking for and refine your search as you go.

This new way of working is set to revolutionise the user experience!

We want to help Recruiters who are setting up a new Desk where terminology is unfamiliar, or who are simply new to the industry as a whole, and enable them to perform quicker and better.
