Course Module 2

The Creating a new Client Smart Walk-Thru has had structural changes made, to stabilise the positions of fields. Also, we have re-anchored the New step, as in the current version it would sometimes be hidden but it would allow users to click on the button to continue.
 

Course Module 3

Several re-alignments and improvements have been made as follows:

  • The Manually Create a Client Contact Smart Walk-Thru has had structural changes made to fields and re-anchored the New step.

  • The How to log a phone call from the Timeline Smart Walk-Thru has had structural changes made to fields, and we have also improved the positioning of the Completed and Follow Up buttons.

  • The How to create a Contact Appointment Smart Walk-Thru has had structural changes made to fields, and we we have also improved the positioning of the Description and Regarding buttons.

  • The Adding a tag to a Client Contact Smart Walk-Thru has had structural changes made to fields and re-anchored the Filter Views step.

Course Module 4

Several re-alignments and improvements have been made which are as follows:

  • The Module 4 pop-up message has benefited from some additional guidance to ensure that users select a Candidate view when they are in the Contacts section.

  • The Manually Create a Candidate Contact Smart Walk-Thru has had structural changes made to fields. The steps that have been updated are the New button, the Client Contact toggle, the Candidate Contact toggle and the Timeline step, which have all been re-anchored.

  • The How to log a phone call from the Timeline Smart Walk-Thru has had structural changes made to fields. We have also improved the positioning of the Completed & Follow Up steps.

  • The How to create a Contact Appointment Smart Walk-Thru has had structural changes made to fields. We have also improved the positioning of the Description and Regarding steps.

  • The How to add Candidate Skills and Tags Smart Walk-Thru had has structural changes made to fields. We have also re-anchored the Candidate Tags and Candidate Skills steps, and applied a spotlight highlighter around both fields for better visibility.

These have been re-positioned in numerous areas to be better aligned to existing fields. The areas that have been updated are:

  • In the How to Filter a Timeline in Shortlists Smart Walk-Thru, the Click on the filter icon in the Timeline step has been re-anchored. The Now Lets clear the applied filter step has also been re-anchored.

  • In the How to log a phone call from the Shortlist Timeline Smart Walk-Thru, the Mark as Completed and Follow Up steps have been re-positioned.

  • In the Managing Applications on the Shortlist Form Smart Walk-Thru, the guidance has been updated so that if the Flag Applicants button can be seen, then users will be directly routed to it instead of clicking the ellipsis.


 

Applicants

  • In the Applicant Overview Smart Walk-Thru we have re-positioned the Add Activities to their Timeline step so it is now aligned to the + icon.

  • In the Accept a Job Offer from Applicants Smart Walk-Thru we have streamlined the process so that users are informed that they will need to wait for Assist to load. We have also updated the Click to apply filter step to instruct users to select the Offer Made option.

  • In the Adding Hotlists to an Applicant Smart Walk-Thru we have fixed the Quick Find step as this was not functioning correctly.

  • In the Adding Tags to an Applicant Smart Walk-Thru we have fixed the Quick Find step as this was not functioning correctly.

  • In the How to Complete Activities Smart Walk Thru we have fixed the Filter Views & Quick Find steps as they were not functioning correctly. The ShoutOut that appears if no open activities are found in a user’s Timeline has been updated to provide a clearer understanding of why a record cannot be closed. Additionally, the Click Active/Overdue step has been amended to a Next step so users can select either one or both options and then proceed.
